Day 01 : Colombo/ Delhi (L/D)

D01 CMB-DELHI (L/D). Arrive Delhi by 9W 257 ETA 10.10 hrs , meet on arrival by Representative. Transfer to

restaurant for Lunch. Checkin at hotel. Afternoon visit the city of Delhi visiting , Lakshmi Narayan temple,

Gandhi Museum. Drive past India Gate, Presidents’ house “Rashtrapati Bhawan”, the Government buildings

and the Parliament house “Lok Sabha” and Qutab Minar. After city tour transfer to hotel. Overnight Delhi

Day 02 : Delhi/Agra (B/L/D)

AGRA (B/L/D), After breakfast drive to Agra (203 kms / 5 hours) , Check-in at Hotel. Lunch at hotel. P.M. : Visit the world famous Taj Mahal and drive thru Agra Fort. Dinner at hotel. Overnight at Hotel. (Taj Mahal remains closed on Friday).

Day 03 : Agra/Lucknow (B/PL/D)

Drive 10 – 11 hrs to Lucknow en route visit SANKASIA, with packed lunch where Lord descended from heaven

after giving sermon to his mother after 7 years of her death. Later continue drive to Lucknow, Check-in at

Hotel. Dinner and overnight Lucknow.

Day 04 : Lucknow/Varanasi (B/L/D)

After early breakfast drive 7 hrs to Varanasi, Check-in at Hotel. Lunch at hotel. Afternoon free for own

activities / personal shopping. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.

Day 05 : Varanasi (B/L/D)

Early morning Boat ride on River Ganges to see the bathing Ghats. Lunch at hotel. After lunch visit SARNATH along with Pirith ceremony (where Buddha delivered his first sermon). Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.

Varanasi : The eternal city is one of the most important Pilgrim sites in India and also a major Tourist

Attraction, situated on the banks of the sacred Ganges. The name Varanasi derived from two rivers. The

Varuna and Assi. It is a Great Centre of learning and Civilization. It is also known as Kashi and Banaras.

Day 06 : Varanasi / Bodhgaya (B/L/D)

After breakfast drive 243 kms / 6.5 hours to Bodhgaya. Check-in at Hotel. Lunch at hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 07 : Bodhgaya/Rajgir/Nalanda/Bodhgaya (B/L/D)

After early breakfast drive to Rajgir the vulture Hill, hot spring in Rajgir, world peace Stupa, Bamboo’s Garden. Continue to Nalanda to visit the ruins of world oldest University. Lunch in Nalanda. Return back to Bodhgaya. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.

Day 08 : Bodhgaya (B/L/D)

Morning visit Mahabodhi Temple & Bodhi Tree, Great Buddha Statue, Niranjana River, Sujata Temple – which is across the Niranjana river & it’s 30 minutes walk. Lunch at hotel. Afternoon visit to Dungeshwari caves. Dinner and overnight stay at Bodhgaya.

Day 09: Bodhgaya- Vaishali – Kushinagar (B/L/D)

After early breakfast drive to Vaishali. Hot lunch on way. Checkin at hotel. Visit Maha Parinirwana Temple

(where Buddha took his last breathe) and Rambhar Stupa (cremation site of lord Buddha), Japan Temple.

Dinner and overnight at Hotel.

Day 10: Kushinagar/Lumbini (B/PL/D)

After breakfast drive 5 hrs to Lumbini with packed lunch. (Nepal). While going to Lumbini, stop at India/Nepal border for Visa/Immigration formalities. Later check-in at Hotel. 15 Min. drive from the Nepal Border. Noon visit Lumbini, the Birth place of Lord Buddha. Overnight stay in Lumbini.

Day 11 : Lumbini-Kapilavastu-Sravasti (B/L/D)

After breakfast morning leave for Sravasti, enroute visit Kapilavastu – where Buddha’s childhood was spent & also visit ruins of the Palaces. Later continue drive to Sravasti & on arrival check-in at hotel. Lunch at hotel. Later visit Sravasti, where Buddha spent his 24 monsoons, visit Jetvana and Ananda Bodhi Tree. Dinner and overnight stay at Sravasti.

Day 12 : Sravasti–Lucknow-Delhi (B/L/D on train)

After breakfast drive 5-6 hrs to Lucknow. Lunch in Lucknow. Thereafter transfer to Railway station to board Shatabdi express train to New Delhi.

Departure Lucknow station :15:35 hrs. Dinner on board on train. Arrive New Delhi station : 22:05 hrs. Meet on arrival and transfer to hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 13:-Delhi (B)

After breakfast free for own activities / day at relax. (Own lunch and dinner)

Day 14: – Delhi/Colombo (B)

After breakfast transfer to airport to connect flight for Colombo 9W 258 ETD

1. Foreign Passport Holders should obtain their own Travel Insurance from their country of residence.
2. Please note generally in case of any illness or accident, a 2 weeks hospital stay in overseas countries
and repatriation by air generally Cost approximately over US $ 50,000/-
3. If payments are made by a Credit Card please check with your Bank for the free Travel Insurance cover,
minimum of US $ 50,000 is required.

CONDITIONS GOVERNING VOLUNTARY CANCELLATION

Cancellation fees of the Airline, Hotel and Mackinnons will apply

Processing duration will be 3 working days.

• 2 recent photographs should be in color and of the size of 2 inch X 2 inch (50mm x 50mm)
• The background should be a white colored background
• The photo – print should be clear and with a continuous – tone quality
•  It should have full face, front view, eyes open
• Photo should present full head from top of hair to bottom of chin
  Centre head within frame
• There should not be any distracting shadows on the face or on the background
  The photograph must show you looking directly at the camera
• Head coverings are not permitted except for religious reasons, but the facial features from bottom of chin to top of forehead and both edges of the face must be clearly shown
• The expression of the face should look natural.
• Please paste firmly on the application form.
• Scanned photographs are not acceptable
• Valid current passport (at least 6 months validity with 2 adjacent blank pages).
• Copy of National Identity Card or Copy of Birth Certificate.
• If the passenger holding foreign passport he/she should be fill fax form. (It will take 5 working days for process the visa. But if the passenger applying for the visa which is over the one year then processing duration will be one day).
• Previous passport should be attached with current passport (If the passenger lost the previous passport he/she should submit the police report with the original seal).
• No objection letter from either of the parents if a minor is traveling with one parent . If the minor is traveling alone or with relatives, consent letter signed by both the parents is required
